Eli's Bread

MISSION STATEMENT:
This is a wholesale-only bakery producing hearth-baked breads, rolls, bagels, and crisps—more than 200 items in all, using 40,000 pounds of dough daily—based on traditional European recipes. A separate bakery produces certified kosher breads.  Everything is baked fresh twice a day for a.m. and p.m. deliveries, seven days a week.

OPENED FOR BUSINESS:
Began baking bread at E.A.T. in 1985; opened Eli’s Bread in 1992

More than 1,000, including hotels, restaurants, specialty food stores, caterers, corporate commissaries, and all of Eli’s stores and restaurants.
To open an account, to place an order, or to make an appointment to see bread samples, please call (212) 831-4800.
There is a $30.00 minimum order for delivery.  For Tuesday through Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by 2:30 p.m. the previous day.  For Sunday or Monday delivery, orders must be received at the bakery by noon on Saturday.  There are additional charges for slicing and bagging.
