With its unique array of gifts and gift baskets for everyone and every occasion, E.A.T. Gifts is the vision of Eli’s longtime collaborator Kim Staller. Located next to Eli’s iconic E.A.T. Café, the shop opened in 1985 and has since been entertaining adults and kids of all ages and inclinations.

The store follows the calendar meticulously: September is back-to-school month with new pencils and backpacks, the ghouls and goblins arrive for Halloween, Thanksgiving is about place cards and turkeys, and stockings come out in December, when Christmas is celebrated every day with wild abandon.

…as early as birth. It is common to see the shop’s famous Baby Baskets sent right to the hospital to celebrate a new baby. Sandwiches, snacks, and cookies for the new parents as well as bibs, books, booties and rattles for the baby tucked in amid the sweetest stuffed animals around.
