PAYMENT
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Catalogue prices do not include the cost of delivery. We do not ship C.O.D.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally shipped within two business days via Fed Ex and UPS, although items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. During December and other peak holiday periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order. We will inform you of any unusual delays.
We cannot be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us; delivery, return, and re-delivery charges will apply. We strongly recommend that when ordering perishable items, you confirm that the recipient or another responsible party will be available to receive, open, and properly store your order.
We are not responsible for perishable items received but not opened. We can only deliver to street addresses—no post office boxes.
The shipper will not release a package if no one is home, unless you ask us to sign the signature release. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for packages left without a signature. We cannot be responsible for packages left by Fed Ex when you have previously authorized them to leave packages without a signature.
We offer three delivery options: Fed Ex Overnight, Fed Ex 2-Day, and Fed Ex Ground. Certain perishable items will automatically default to
the correct shipping option for that item. Where Saturday Fed Ex service is available, there is an additional charge of $15.00. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must go Fed Ex Overnight and additional charges apply. We will contact you if an unusually heavy package requires extra shipping charges.
GIFT CARDS
Cards with the message of your choice are included with all of our products. Please be sure to include your name or company name so the recipient can identify the sender.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always compose your gift with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
SALES TAX
New York State residents are subject to sales tax on certain items. Eli’s Essentials will automatically add any applicable charges to your order.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
We are sure you will be delighted with your selections, as we have chosen products for their outstanding quality in accordance with our uncompromising standards. Please inspect your package immediately. If there is any problem with your order, you must contact us within
24 hours of receipt. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
