One of our favorite Fall Harvest 2020 oils has arrived from Mount Etna in Sicily, where century-old olive trees grow in rocky, volcanic soil at altitudes up to 1000 meters above sea level. The resulting oil is unusually mild and fresh with hints of green grass. Resist the temptation to drink it by the spoonful!
