This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Fall 2020 harvest is produced by one of our favorite wine makers in Northern Tuscany. Yellow-green in color, with a smooth, fruity flavor, you’ll find the scent of citrus and a pungent, peppery finish. Very low in acid, this is a delicate but intense oil, delicious in salad dressing, on fish or on it’s own with good Tuscan bread.
