“I fell in love with the food and wine of Burgundy in my 20s and I have never faltered in my devotion. The wines never fail to engage me at the highest level.” —Eli Zabar. In 2002, Eli opened this cozy wine boutique where he and his team of oenophiles focus on old world wines, with an emphasis on Burgundy, Piedmont and grower Champagne.

A Shared Vision

Wines that are organic, biodynamic, and from small producers are emphasized. An understanding of how important terroir is to the character of the wine is of primal importance to the staff. Join German or Killian for daily in-store tastings at 5pm – they will pick an interesting wine to taste and discuss with familiar and new faces.
